Death By Peanut Butter, Part 3

by Katia Portillo-Vali

-----
In this third entry of her extremely controversial photo collection, KPV uses her particular talent to fashion a unique after-school special aimed at informing your kids (yes, yours specifically!) about how drugs really can be fun, now and then.

From the artist:

"DBPB was born out of a true story, something that happened to someone I knew, a long time ago, whose girlfriend died at a reggae sunsplash concert from eating chicken salad that had peanut oil in it. It was tragic, but ludicrous that something that can be so harmless, can also be so deadly. When having breakfast with a friend back in the spring, I mentioned how horrible it would be to die by peanut butter torture as we both stuffed our mouths with bagels slathered with it, and the long ago story came back to mind. The documentary isn't meant to poke fun, but to emphasize the bizarre truth that a harmless little peanut can be deadly."
